Pricing and Deposits Please contact us for a price quote. Prices subject to event. We require a $35.00 nonrefundable deposit, per unit. A deposit and signed rental agreement guarantees your reservation. Deposits will be credited towards rental balances. Only if we have to cancel reservation due to poor weather conditions or other safety issues, that you will be refunded. License and Insured We are licensed, safe, fun, and insured. Get the Party Jumping, LLC carries liability insurance coverage. We are only responsible for our own negligence. In reserving your inflatable, you will be required to sign a rental agreement / liability waiver that lists specific terms and conditions of the rental. You must adhere to these rules. Forms of Payment Full payment balance is due upon delivery. We accept cash, checks, or Money Orders. Cancellation Policy You can cancel up until the time of delivery. Deposit will not be refunded unless there is a safety issue due to inclement weather. Once the equipment is setup rental fee is nonrefundable. Supervision Inflatable bouncers that are used correctly are safer than playground swings and slides. Improper use by the occupants, such as climbing on the nets, rough housing, flipping or running into one another can cause serious injury. It is important that a responsible adult be in charge of an inflatable at all times to insure that all safety rules are followed to prevent injury. Set Up We can set up on grass, asphalt, concrete, and indoors. It takes about 30 minutes max to setup one inflatable. We do not setup under trees, water sprinklers, or power lines. The equipment cannot be set up in DIRT, MUD, SAND, ROCKS or MULCH. Area must be free of debris upon arrival. Delivery We will deliver 30 minutes to an hour before the event starts. We will contact the event organizer, while in route, to let you know we are on our way to deliver. Weather Policy If the weather will interfere with safety, such as high winds, heavy rain, and lightening, we will cancel all reservations and attempt to reschedule your event if possible. If the forecast calls for scattered or isolated rain, the choice is yours on whether to cancel or keep your reservation. We do not offer rain checks or refunds once the equipment has been set up. If you choose to keep your reservation and your event is "rained out," you are required to pay the contract amount in full. The unit will remain on-site for the full duration of time specified on the contract. |
